Inverter Care
You sign up to our Inverter SOS service (minimum cover is 12months payable monthly in advance or annually for a discountl).

Inverter Monitoring
If you install a Cerbo GX or Global link 520 you add our email address to your installation VRM.

Support Sticker
On your installation you add one of our InverterSOS stickers with our 24/7 local rate number.

Safeguard
When you have an issue you call us using the local rate number on our sticker - we follow a set procedure to ensure you take no risks at anytime.

Remote Support
If you have VRM we can remotely check settings/firmware/re program if needed to resolve the issue.

Containment
If we are unable to resolve to issue due to product failure we advise you on how to make safe the faulty item.


Repair
If we need to, we book a convenient time for us to come out to your installation and repair the faulty item or replace it free of charge.
