So how does Inverter SOS work for your customers?




Inverter Care
You the installer sign up to our Inverter SOS Program (there is no contract you just pay month by month as we know you will love us that much you wont want to cancel).

Inverter Monitoring
If you install a Cerbo GX or Global link 520 you add our email address to the customers installation VRM.

Support Sticker
On each installation you complete you add one of our InverterSOS stickers with our 24/7 local rate number.

Safeguard
When your customer has an issue they call us not you using the local rate number on our sticker - we follow a set procedure to ensure your customer takes no risks at anytime.

Remote Support
If your customer has VRM we can remotely check settings/firmware/re program if needed to resolve the issue.

Containment
If we are unable to resolve to issue due to product failure we advise your customer on how to make safe the faulty item.

Incident Report
No matter the outcome of the call we then email you an incident report ready for when you get into work the next day for you to then contact your customer if needed for further action
